Commercial Properties Are Not Immune To Disasters

This past Winter, we had a client in Birmingham, MI contact our office for Emergency Services.  They had water damage that covered their basement level suite.  Their suite had 4 offices, 2 closets, one storage room, one common area, a bathroom, hallway and a landing area in front of the stairs where the elevator was as well.  We did the water extraction, tore out all non-salvageable glued down carpet, tore out all of the baseboards, and then applied anti-microbial agent to all of the floors.  We had 3 dehumidifiers and over 20 air movers or fans in there for 24+ hours.  Water damage knows no boundaries.  We were very happy to have been able to help out in this emergency.  We are here to help!
