Mold At Condo Project Puts A Halt On Construction

Multiple units in a large condominium project here in metro Detroit came to a halt when Mold affected many areas of the construction project.  SERVPRO of North Oakland was called and we came in to help.  We had to set up temporary power, contained the affected areas, cleaned and dried the areas covered with water and trash left over from previous work. Then, we brought in the dehumidifiers, HEPA air filters for negative exhaust, HEPA vacuums for needed areas for mold remediation and fans until completely dried.  We then treated all affected areas with anti-microbial agents on all floors, walls, ducts and ceiling areas.  Mold is insidious and can really put a damper on everything.  Call the pros when you have mold issues at home or at work.  248-439-1160
