Randy Miller - CEO

Randy is the President and CEO of SERVPRO Team Miller and an award-winning franchisee, recently winning the 2019 Franchise of the Year and winning the 2004 Pinnacle Award. His franchises have been leaders within SERVPRO for the past 27+ years, earning recognition as an Extreme Team Member of the Disaster Recovery Team. Randy has been in the restoration and construction industry for over 30 years with obtained certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying. He maintains a Hazmat certification and a Michigan builder’s license. 

Tina Miller - COO

Tina Miller is the Chief Operating Officer of SERVPRO Team Miller.  Before joining SERVPRO, Tina was the Operations Manager for McMartin, Wasek and Associates, an Independent Claims Adjusting Firm. She is a leader focused on developing others, maintaining a strong culture and a dedicated team player. 

Tina is a very important part of the day-to-day operations of all of our franchises.  Her and Randy have 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and a furbaby named Buddy who comes to work with them every day.  Some of her hobbies include boating, exercising and spending time with family. 

Cody Michael - COO, Detroit Region

Cody is a graduate of Alma College, earning his degree in Business Management.  He joined SERVPRO Team Miller in 2016.  His previous experience includes Process Improvement and Systems Redesign for Toyota's Concept Design Studio as well as the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Detroit.

Cody is the Chief Operating Officer for our Detroit Region franchises with offices in Birmingham, Detroit, Taylor, and Sterling Heights.  His hobbies include boating and spending time with family and friends, as well as playing with his dogs Ember and Fred (our Chief Morale Officers). 

Derek Niederquell - Director of Growth and Operations

Derek Niederquell, Western Michigan alumni, serves as our Director of Growth and Operations. With over 20 years in the restoration and cleaning industry, Derek has held numerous leadership positions including Operations Manager, Brand Leader, Director, and Regional Manager. Derek holds multiple certifications through the IICRC and has led and assisted with many natural disasters including Hurricanes: Irma, Harvey, Matthew, Michael, and Florence; he also helped manage fires and winter storms throughout North America. As Director of Growth and Operations, Derek is closely engaged with all departments of Team Miller and helps build on an already amazing culture.

Mike Reese - General Manager

Mike is the General Manager for SERVPRO of West Sterling Heights. Mike has more than 19 years of experience in the restoration industry, and he joined the Metro Detroit location at the beginning of 2018. Throughout his career, Mike has received numerous industry certifications through the IICRC including Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Odor Control (OCT), Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician (RRT), Carpet Cleaning (CCT), and Health and Safety Technician (HST). Mike is also registered as a Lead Renovation and Repair Professional with the EPA and is certified for serum application. Mike has been pivotal in the growth of the Metro Detroit location and continues to assist with expansion and growth strategies for the years to come. 

Wendy DeWinter - Assistant Project Manager

Wendy is our Assistant Project Manager for construction services. She oversees all of our construction projects, communication with insurance clients, and coordinates logistics for our Project Management team. In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her family and pets when she’s not taking care of our family!

Kim Cousineau - Commercial and Residential Sales

Kim joined SERVPRO in August 2017 and has been in the restoration industry for the past 12 years. Before the restoration business, Kim had 15 years of experience in the retail industry. Business development throughout the Detroit markets has been her main focus. Additionally, Kim has been an active member in the Blue Goose, SVAA, CAI, DMAA organizations.  She has most recently responded with to the needs in Hurricane Michael for the Disaster Recovery Team.
